In addition to describing national- and provincial-level tasks, the WASH team identified and described specific subject areas where external technical assistance is needed. The team also drafted preliminary terms of reference to be used to initiate the process of obtaining the necessary technical assistance services. This report presents some final observations and conclusions, covering the management and operations of the rural water supply and sanitation program as well as pointing out issues which affect the health establishment as a whole.
