This is an evaluation report of the water supply and sanitation component of the ADB sponsored rural health services project in Papua New Guinea. The purpose of the evaluation is to investigate the status of project implementation of the water supply and sanitation program, determine the strengths and weaknesses, and recommend ways to improve its effectiveness.
