Under USAID Cooperative Agreement DAN 4024 A-00-2072, "Fishery Development Support Services," Working Committees (see below) have produced this document. After identifying the four priority areas, committees were formed to prepare the following: description of problems, problem specifications and targeting, current status and prospects, desirable linkages, and expected/intended results.
