WASH Project initiated Activity No. 23 to provide technical assistance in Juarez. The scope of work included recommending a groundwater exploration program, developing a water supply plan that will consider alternative supply sources and outline a program to provide the unserved areas with water, define project elements, and explore possibilities for financing. This report is based on the study of background documents, field surveys, and discussions.
