I could not find the drop-down LAC: Mexico, so I tagged it as NA: Mexico. This document recommends general guidelines for improving the financial performance of water and sanitation operators in Mexico. The guidelines can be used to inform municipal governments and water operators of regulatory and institutional reforms. The recommendations came from analysis and field visits.
