The overall objective of the consultancy is to provide technical assistance for the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC) as well as the Commercial Agricultural Production and Marketing (CAPM) team as follows: provide plans and specific technical advice to individuals and groups with a commitment to commercial horticultural production; identify priority schemes and the costs associated with recommended rehabilitation under the Government of Swaziland (GOS) CAPM contributed to the project; develop an action plan to get repairs and upgrades completed through the GOS; and develop a set of overall recommendations for the future development of small scale commercial irrigation potential in Swaziland.
