This report focuses on the preparation of a national water supply and sanitation seminar. It describes the preseminar workshop of the technical subcommittee of the CNEA. This workshop was designed to prepare the seminar staff for their roles during the actual seminar and included sessions on seminar planning and logistics and a short introduction to the basic principles of group dynamic. The main goals of the seminar were (1) to acquaint the provincial representatives with what had been happening up to that time within the CNEA, and (2) to draw from these participants as much information as possible about the water and sanitation situations in the various regions of the Central African Republic (CAR).
