Professional courses including "Trickle Irrigation" and "irrigation Project Planning and Evaluation" were developed and taught to students from developing countries. The main objective is to increase competence in science and technology concerned with "on-farm management" with an emphasis on moisture environment on the farm as related to the special characteristics and problems of less developed countries.
