This paper provides a brief overview of the Kino Environmental Restoration Project, evaluates the potential for a multi-purpose use of Pima County regional detention basins, examines the level of effort and cost-effectiveness of multi-purpose applications, and presents conclusions and recommendations for a range of possibilities.
