There is increasing demand for information on organizations that can support the development or improvement of community education and participation in water supply and sanitation projects, whether through social research, evaluation, technical advice, training, or the production of educational materials. This directory provides data on 124 such organizations in 56 countries and on 10 international agencies. Each organization is described with regard to its address, telephone number, telex, and cable address; name of contact persons; type of organization; geographic scope; working languages; activities; publications; and services.
