This course discusses the Uniform Plumbing Code's provisions in Chapter 4 governing the use and installation of plumbing fixtures and fittings. While covering these provisions, special attention will be given to provisions that have changed since the 2006 edition in an effort to alleviate any confusion about the new requirements. Some topics that will be discussed include, but are not limited to materials, water conserving fixtures, prohibited fixtures, and installation.
