This is the third quarter report of the Somaliland Communities Resilience Enhancement (SCORE) program. The program addresses the severe water shortages of communities in Eastern Somaliland, whose livelihoods suffer as a result of recurrent droughts. It builds on the success of the previous quarter in which site verification was started, staff trained and materials developed for DRR and PHAST trainings.
