It is the purpose of this annex to delineate within the social analysis format, those issues that are of paramount importance to the successful implementation of the project including: the socio-economic and political structure of the region as related to successful project design; correct technological mix and its relationship to the socio-cultural milieu and state country objectors; village participation and payment as a necessity of successful well installation; diffusion of innovation through health education and technological intervention at the village level.
