This report is one of a series of Center for Development Information and Evaluation (CDIE) special studies analyzing the Agency for International Development's (A.I.D) experience in technology transfer. Whereas most previous CDIE evaluations emphasized the impact of projects on intended beneficiaries, the technology transfer series focuses on development interventions that are already known to have had significant effects on decision-making and behavior.
