An amendment to expand the Oman project for three years to improve the capability of key water resources institutions necessary to plan, develop and manage Oman's limited water resources in a rational and coordinated manner, and to strengthen the institutions and physical facilities which provide water supplies and wastewater disposal in selected towns.
