This USAID quarterly report discusses the progress made on utility strengthening for wastewater subsidiaries to strengthen operational performance. USAID's activities are focused on increasing the Government of Egypt's capacity do increase the financial and commercial viability of existing water and wastewater companies, develop capital investment planning and program monitoring and building the capacity of staff to increase managerial, technical, and operational efficiency.
