This USAID quarterly report details activities and accomplishments of the Water and Wastewater Sector Support (WWSS) Program in Egypt from April 1 to June 30, 2010. The majority of program efforts this quarter were focused on fine-tuning, through replication, USAID approaches to activities which have proven successful. The report emphasizes not only on achieving technical gains, such as the reduction of water losses at a utility, but also instilling in the sector the capacity to build upon the technical achievements into the future.
